a/b (also referred to as "AB Music App" or "abmusic.app") is a music collaboration platform operated by Enamoured Sound LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service. By using a/b, you agree to the practices described here.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the a/b platform
• Process payments and manage your subscription
• Send transactional emails (invites, collaboration notifications, receipts)
• Respond to support requests and bug reports
• Improve the product and diagnose technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may share your information with:

• Service providers, including our hosting platform (Base44), cloud storage, and payment processor (Stripe), who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Collaborators you invite, when you share a project or folder, invited users can access the content you share with them.
• Law enforcement, if required by applicable law, court order, or governmental authority.

When you generate a guest playback link, anyone with that link can access the shared content without an account. You are responsible for managing and revoking those links. Guest users' access is logged for security purposes.

We retain your account data and uploaded content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and associated content from our databases within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or fraud prevention. Copies of uploaded files may persist with our storage provider after that point, on servers in the United States. Our provider does not currently offer a mechanism for us to delete stored files, so we cannot guarantee their removal.

a/b is operated from the United States, and our hosting and storage provider stores data on servers in the United States. If you access a/b from outside the United States, including from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.

Uploaded audio and image files are stored in the United States in all cases. Where required, these transfers rely on lawful transfer mechanisms, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses, under our data processing agreement with our provider.

The United States may not provide the same level of data protection as the laws of your country. We rely on the transfer mechanisms above, rather than on your consent, to make these transfers lawful.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), access controls, and secure credential storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

a/b is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your data
• Data portability (receiving a copy of your data in a machine-readable format)
